Stage 1 – PDRacing

The Stage 1 upgrade by PDRacing delivers increased performance and torque while maintaining the reliability of the transmission system. It is rated for up to 90 kg of torque, although the actual limit depends on the tuner and whether sufficient oil pressure can be ensured within the gearbox.

To operate reliably at 90 kg of torque, a minimum oil pressure of 16 bar is required, with the optimal level being 18 bar, ensuring peak performance and thermal stability.

PDRacing also introduces its new, upgraded high-performance clutch kit for the DSG DQ250 gearbox, fully compatible with OEM clutch components.

The Stage 1 Clutch Kit is specifically designed for vehicles that require increased torque capacity, offering enhanced durability and high performance even under demanding or motorsport conditions.
